Small, friendly, family run, guest house for non smokers only. Situated on the seafront opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens 10 minutes away from the Pier and the centre of Eastbourne. We offer comfortable rooms, many have recently been refurbished and all have en-suite or private facilities. Strictly non-smokers only.
