Our village’s name is "Seagull’s bay". The name was inspired by our beach which is embraced by seashell rocks and serves as a shelter for seagulls.

the village is located about 500m from the white sandy beach with natural clay, 3 km from Mastichari, 3 km from Antimachia, 3 km from the airport and 24 km from the town of Kos. At the construction phase we paid particular attention to maintenance, protection and preservation of the natural environment and wild life.
This “environmentally friendly” small hotel and apartment complex was designed on 20,000 square meters of herb and tree-filled countryside. The three-star facility features a village design over seven natural levels of the hillside, and its construction was designed to preserve the natural environment.
