Situated in a quiet valley on the Scandicci hills, just 5 km from Florence, this residence is the first bio-architectural accommodation facility ever built.

The residence comprises exclusive chalets built following bio-architectural principles. Adjacent to the park and ‘Poggio Valicaia' open-air museum, Lebbiano Residence offers you the chance to take delightful country walks in the surrounding hills or follow paths for trekking.

Excellent restaurants to suit all pockets are available in the vicinity as well as the opportunity to taste the characteristic products of the area – wine and olive oil – while visiting farms, vineyards and villages that still have a medieval feel about them.
The residence consists of 13 exclusive studio apartments.
There is a lake in front of it suitable for bathing. The pebble-bottomed lake has been constructed respecting nature and the surrounding environment. The water is perfectly safe to drink because it is filtered naturally by the plants and flowers that grow on the shores of the lake, and additionally purified by the use of filters and UVA lamps. The hotel has chosen not to add chlorine or other chemical substances to the water because respect for nature is one of the guiding principles of Lebbiano Residence.
