The "Steigenberger Inselhotel" is on an private island just in front of the old part of town. The historical building, a former Dominican Monastery, was the birthplace of Graf von Zeppelin.

By car
From Stuttgart/Singen drive over the Rhein bridge towards the city centre. Before the customs, turn left into the Grenzbachstraße and at the Döbele roundabout take the turn-off towards the main train station. After passing the train station you will be in Konzilstraße. Please go straight on, following the road, cross the railway lines and on your right you will see the Steigenberger Inselhotel.
From Meersburg/Mainau, at the end of the old Rhein bridge turn right into the Rheinsteig. After a 90 ° curve you will be on the Unteren Laube, which continues to become the obere Laube. Drive towards the main train station. At the train station you will be in Konzilstraße. Please go straight on, following the road, cross the railway lines and on your right you will see the Steigenberger Inselhotel.
