Arrivals after 17:00 (local time) must be confirmed in advance. Late arrivals lock-box is located on the right of the reception desk in the Ram Sea lobby. To open, turn the knob gently to the right, remove the envelope with your name on it. Gently turn the knob to the left to lock the box. Hotel contact information will be furnished on your confirmation receipt, please contact the property for the current lock-box code; This code is necessary for ALL late arrivals check-in.
