By Car (from the airport):
- Leave Faro Airport and follow the blue motorway signs for the A22 (the route follows the EN 125 for a few miles before the A22 motorway starts).
- On reaching the A22, follow signs for Lisboa / Albufeira / Portimão.
- Continue on the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão.
- Leave the A22 motorway at the exit signed for Portimão / Monchique.
- Follow signs for Portimão. You will pass the hospital on the way to a roundabout where you must drive straight ahead.
- Stay in the left hand lane to take the underpass.
- Follow the road through the lights and round a sharp left-hand bend.
- Turn right onto the V6 dual carriageway at the top.
- Continue along the dual carriageway passing a petrol station on the right and a shopping centre on your left.
- The third roundabout has a fountain and you must make a right turn onto the V3 dual carriageway, eventually passing the President Hotel on the left.
- After a few metres, you will see Jardim do Vau on the left.
- Because of the dual carriageway, you have to drive past the resort to the next roundabout, and return on the opposite carriageway to gain access to the complex via a downhill slip road to the right.
