By Car:
The hotel, located on the A65 Skipton to Kendal road, has nearby links to the M1, M6, M62 and M65. It is less than an hour's drive from Manchester, Leeds, Harrogate and Preston.

From the M1:
- Leave the M1 at the junction 42 intersection with junction 29 on the M62, then follow the M62 to exit 26.
- Take the M606 to Bradford, following the Bradford ring road anti-clockwise onto the A6177.
- Join the A650 to Bingley and Keighley, following the signs for Skipton and the A629.
- Bypass Skipton (2 roundabouts) and at the 3rd roundabout (Little Chef/Burger King) take the A65 Kendal exit.
- Proceed through the village of Gargrave and The Coniston Hotel is on your right after leaving the village of Coniston Cold (around 11 km/7 miles from Skipton).
