-From M60 junction 23 follow signs for Ashton town centre A653 (Manchester Road).
-Stay in the left lane on the A635 and the road will bear left onto Margaret Street.
-Continue left again onto Cotton Street.
-Then take a right onto Richmond Street and right onto Katherine Street where you will see the hotel sign.
