From m5 Exeter to a38, then follow signs for Torquay a380. At Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout;take the second exit signposted Torquay a380. At the next roundabout, go straight over A3022.Do not turn right (continuation of a380). Follow a3022 into Torquay. At sixth set of lights get into right hand lane a3022 (signposted Seafront, harbour, Paignton)and follow signs to the harbour. At the clock tower by the harbour turn left;the hotel is 300 yards up the hill on the left hand side past the traffic lights.
