The Hanoi Joy Hotel is, a hidden gem in the back streets of Hanoi 's historic Old Quarter. It's location in one of the quietest streets in the Quarter, combined with the helpful service of multilingual and helpful staff. Bat Su (which was once home to China-ware merchants) is not exactly outer-space-style silence, but when you consider how busy other parts of old Hanoi are, the location is a big selling point.
