One of the few remaining family-run hotels on Guernsey, situated a short stroll from the golden west coast beaches of Cobo and Grandes Rocques. The Fleur du Jardin, contrary to its literal translation, is not The Flower of the Garden but a breed of internationally acclaimed Guernsey cows!! In the reception of the Fleur is a descriptive of how the Fleur got its name. The Fleur du Jardin xii was a breeding cow of some repute and we would like to think we have maintained that reputation, be it now of culinary hospitality and an envied quality of product.
