This is a well organised and attractive apartment village, sitting just opposite the Adriatic Sea designed to exist in harmony with the Mediterranean coastline and the surrounding scenery. We have 16 pavilions, a reception, main building with an air conditioned restaurant, cafe and an activity room. The self-catering apartments - for between 2 and 5 people - are colourful, practical and enhanced by the pine trees and other local flora outside your door or balcony. Our house is a newly built Villa in one of the most desirable disticts of Rovinj. It is situated 150 meters from the entrance of the Cuvi natural park, and 300 meters from the sea, in front of the most beautiful and famous Cuvi bay. To reach the historical centre of town you don t need to use the car, because you are at only ten minutes walk from the centre. History, beautiful beach and crystal clear sea are waiting for you!
